Very clean and convenient location near the Fountain of Youth with friendly staff. Amenities included a nice pool and a good breakfast selection, which was great traveling with an infant. the room felt outdated and had a strong bleach smell. Bugs were found in the bathroom, and the noisy A/C disrupted sleep. Walls were thin, making it tough to escape the sounds from neighboring rooms. A mix of pleasant and disappointing experiences, but the location and services provided made part of it worthwhile despite the issues.

I appreciated the convenient microwave and refrigerator. the room had some humidity and a lingering booger on the headboard that should be addressed. Despite some bugs the first night, they didn't return. The noise level was minimal, allowing for restful sleep. I'd suggest adding pamphlets with amenities details and better shading in the parking lot to protect cars from the heat. Housekeeping needed earlier wake-up calls, as cleaning times were limited. the space was quite enjoyable.

Perfect location and great value. You're steps away from the Fountain of Youth and a quick walk to the Castillo de San Marcos. The room size is acceptable, with solid AC and reliable Wi-Fi. Breakfast offers the basics-scrambled eggs, sausage, and some pastries-nothing extraordinary. Cleanliness fell short. The floors were less than acceptable, and the bathroom needed more attention during our stay. Staff was friendly but needed reminders for room service. The communal patios are lovely for gatherings. While there's a trolley stop on the property, walking to downtown offers its own charm. Not a luxury stay, but it has potential if they improve housekeeping. Would consider returning for the location.

the property was walking distance to charming shops and restaurants, and the tour trolley conveniently picked us up right outside our room. the swimming pool and the historic 600-year-old oak tree on the property were beautiful, and our room was clean, brightly lit, and well-maintained. Breakfast was well-organized, with the option of grab-and-go bags, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Precious, the concierge, was especially warm and hospitable, making us feel welcome during our late-night arrival.

clean and spacious room with very comfortable bed and nice toiletries. walkable to town and within a mile of the happening area. the staff were friendly; the night clerk even gave me a toothbrush. breakfast was decent, and there's a liquor store on the property.
